Effective Air’s Bi-Annual Precision Tune-Up Includes the Following:
Preformed both spring/summer & fall/winter visits:

Safety & efficiency inspection

Wash permanent filter or install clean filter (filter cost not included)

Test thermostat

Test all safety controls

Lubricate moving parts

Test belts and adjust tension

Test for correct rotation of fan/blower

Tighten loose electrical connections

Test blower wheel and motor

Test fan speed for winter/summer operation.

It is not a precision tune-up unless a HeatMaxx/CoolMaxx test is performed.
Effective Air has technical expertise beyond what other contractors have, including HeatMaxx/CoolMaxx training. HeatMaxx/CoolMaxx testing is a way to calculate the HVAC equipment efficiency. Special tools and training are needed to perform a HeatMaxx/CoolMaxx test and Effective Air has them. We will use our training and equipment to let you know if your system is operating at its optimum efficiency and give you options to improve efficiency if it falls below the equipment rating.
